Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou is the youngest of four kids born August 9th, 1976 at Beaumont Puy De Domme. The actress was encouraged by her parents, a dentist and a teacher who were both teachers in the pursuit of her desire for acting. It was in stark contrast to an earlier desire to become a primateologist because she was a fan of monkeys. At the age of a young lady she became a star was fast and punctuated by initial success. Following her graduation and completing her studies, she took part in the French program for scouting talent on television Jeunes Premiers. The show awarded her the the title of Best Young Actress in the Beziers Festival of Young Actors and began her professional career as an actress. Tautou studied at The Institut Catholique de Paris, and she attended church as an early girl. In the past, she's left the church. The actress claims she's not necessarily Catholic. Apart from acting, Tautou pursued modelling and was the face of L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. Photography is also her passion and she recently exhibited her work at the Arles festival in France under the name Superficial. The focus of her photography is celebrity, fame and the media that scrutinised her after her rise to fame with Amelie. In addition, there are numerous photographs of her own self. Audrey Tautou became a star and gained international recognition with her role debut as Amelie Poulain in Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie has been a box office hit internationally and was a cult hit at numerous award shows around the world. Amelie is among the top-performing movie in French language productions in the US. In the years following the film, she appeared in numerous films, from British dramatics, to Jean Pierre Jeunet's long Sunday de Faancailles. Then she moved into Hollywood and was in the film with Tom Hanks alongside Ron Howard in The Da Vinci Code.
